Pay Your Fines By Phone
Fairborn Municipal Court offers a Pay by Phone service for citations that do not require a court appearance (waivers).
We have partnered with Lexis Nexis/Vital Check Payment Solutions to assist you with this process. To pay by phone call 1-866-895-0198.
You will need to state you are paying a citation for Fairborn Municipal Court and the provider number is 10522.
You will need to wait 48 hours to pay your citation. However, if you are cited on a Friday, you will not be able to pay your fines
by phone or on line until the Court receives the citation the following Monday.

If the court has approved a monthly payment plan you may make payments by phone or online. If paying by phone please call

number is 10522.
Pay Your Fines Online
Payments made through this web site, unless deemed to be
submitted in error, are final. No option exists in the web site
to change your mind and cancel a payment of fines and costs that
you have authorized through the payment process. A payment
constitutes a plea of guilty to the charge or charges. If a
payment is determined to have been made in error, the full
amount of the payment will be returned to the customer.
The only process by which you may change a payment and plea is
through formal court process as authorized in the Ohio Rules of
Criminal Procedure. This requires a Motion properly filed with
the Court, and you may need the assistance of legal counsel to
properly file and pursue such a Motion to comply with the
requirements of those Rules.
